Global Aid Missions has a strong organizational culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and individual respect
Global Aid Missions is a non-profit organization in the United States that is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is registered as a Trust in Zimbabwe
Our Main Concern is the albinism clinic, which provides free healthcare services to people with albinism in Zimbabwe
Global Aid Missions has the adequate personnel and infrastructure that is well suited to effectively addressing the needs of its patient population. By virtue of the clinic’s ability to serve up to 50 patients per day, it is evident that its efficiency and availability to service levels are adequate to its task. Nevertheless, it being the only albinism clinic in the country presents opportunities for growth to satisfy the needs and demands for its target market throughout the country. There is a huge possibility of our organization to increase its output and broaden its reach and influence through the creation of more alliances and an increase in resources. Such an expansion will have the effect of expanding our services, accommodating more patients as well as advancing our objectives. GAM’s strategic mission centers around looking for opportunities to increase its operations and strengthen its infrastructure. When it does this, GAM will be poised to remain as a pillar of support for the community of people it serves.
In addition to the clinic, GAM offers education and advocacy activities to raise awareness about the difficulties that people with albinism encounter. Individuals with albinism in Zimbabwe are the organization's major market.
